1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between the Account Holder and Coovee Pty Ltd (ABN 25 686 831 327), the operator of Subsi. By starting a trial, buying a plan, or using Subsi, the Account Holder accepts these terms and the Privacy policy for themselves and the child Profiles they govern.

If you do not agree, do not start a trial or use the service. Contact support@subsi.ai if anything is unclear.

2. Account Holders and children

The Account Holder must be at least 18, provide accurate information, have authority to govern the child Profiles they add, and supervise use in a way appropriate to each child. The first Subsi Product is designed for families with children in NSW Years 2–6.

The Account Holder is responsible for the account, authorised Profile Access, and keeping sign-in methods secure. A child may use an adult’s permitted Profile journey or their own invited User access where the Product supports it. Sharing an email address does not create authority.

3. Trial, plans, and cancellation

An eligible Account Holder may receive one 14-day free trial when starting either launch Plan. Trial eligibility applies across both Plans. Changing Plans does not provide another trial. You must provide a supported card or wallet in RevenueCat Billing checkout, which uses Stripe as its payment gateway, before the trial begins. Nothing is charged at signup.

  • One learner: after the trial, $19 per week for one covered learner Profile.
  • Two to five learners: after the trial, $35 per week for two to five covered learner Profiles.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected payment method is charged the weekly price after day 14 and weekly after that. RevenueCat Billing provides hosted Subscription management and cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not erase a Learning Record. Any refund right required by Australian Consumer Law still applies.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We will give reasonable advance notice of a future price change, and it will not take effect during the initial 14-day trial without your agreement.

4. The tutoring service

Subsi is an AI tutor. A learner may follow a Curriculum route, take a Course, or start an open Chat. It personalises explanations and examples, asks for learner output, and may interpret that output into Judgments and Evidence.

AI output can be incomplete, wrong, or unsuitable despite our safeguards. Subsi does not guarantee a school result, mastery, admission, mark, or learning outcome. Parents and learners should use judgment, ask for clarification, and check important information with an appropriate human teacher or authoritative source.

Subsi is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, crisis, or emergency advice. It is a tutor rather than a companion, carer, or substitute for adult supervision or professional support.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Subsi to harm, exploit, groom, harass, impersonate, deceive, or unlawfully monitor another person; bypass safety or access controls; introduce malicious code; probe or overload the service; scrape or resell content; infringe rights; or use another family’s account or Learning Record without authority.

Do not upload information you are not entitled to use. Tell us promptly at support@subsi.ai if you suspect unauthorised access or unsafe behaviour.

6. Content and intellectual property

Subsi, its software, branding, released Course definitions, and authored materials are owned by Coovee Pty Ltd or its licensors. We grant the family a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them while the account is active.

You retain rights in material you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, adapt, and present that material to operate and protect Subsi. Generated content may resemble content generated for others, and we cannot promise that an AI-generated explanation, image, or other output is unique or free from all third-party claims.

7. Privacy and account deletion

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information, including child Profile and Learning Record data, selected service providers, overseas processing, security, and retention.

An Account Holder may request deletion through the Product or by contacting support. We may verify identity and authority first. Cancellation and deletion are separate: cancelling prevents future weekly renewal, while deletion removes the account and applicable records subject to legal, security, dispute, and protected-backup requirements.

8. Australian Consumer Law and liability

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a guarantee, warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Subsi is provided on an “as available” basis and we exclude implied terms that may lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or loss caused by misuse, unauthorised access attributable to the Account Holder, or systems outside our reasonable control.

Where the law permits us to limit a remedy for a failure that is not a major failure, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

9. Changes, suspension, and ending service

We may update Subsi and these terms as the Product develops. If a change materially affects family rights or paid use, we will provide reasonable notice and a new effective date. Continued use after the change takes effect means the Account Holder accepts the updated terms.

We may restrict or suspend access to protect children, Users, the service, or another person; investigate misuse; comply with law; or respond to non-payment. We will act proportionately where practical. Either side may end the agreement: you by cancelling and, if desired, deleting the account; us with reasonable notice unless immediate action is required for safety, law, or serious misuse.

10. Contact and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the courts of New South Wales, without limiting any right to use a consumer regulator or tribunal.
